i couldn't figure out why my menus weren't working after i'd export the views to default views. turns out this wasn't being exported.

i tested this and it fixed a rather head scratching bug i was seeing ... this is also a cousin of this export patch: http://drupal.org/node/143157 which is also RTBC.
