Im not sure if we're supposed to add in different rules per class or if this is a bug.
When I turn on Express, Priority & Parcel they each always return the same identical fee amount, shouldn't there be a price variation between the different service options?

Well it appears only one class can be made available, otherwise it takes the top class quote and forces its amount on all classes below. I also tested one class at a time and found the prices were calculating properly.
