I was trying to upgrade Core to 6.25 from 6.17 and the core upgrade went fine.

But when i re-enable modules one by one and enable 'Domain Configuration' module in DA, the following errors are displayed.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function menu_get_menus() in /home/freehost/public_html/sites/all/modules/domain/domain_conf/domain_conf.module on line 285

Please tell me whether this will this affect the new installation or can I proceed?

The error went away with DA upgrade to 6.x-2.13.

Looks like a core API change or a duplicate issue.
