rooby commentedMarking active - needs work is for issues with patches that need work.

iqbalnurhakim commentedI would be happy to help on this. What can i do? posting the patch here?
rooby commentedYeah, if you are able to help out, there is already a branch for 7.x-1.x (I don't think the porting work has been done but I could be wrong), so if you take that and make it work as much as possible and post a patch back here that would be great.

stella commentedI tested the Drupal 7 version and it seems to be fairly close to working. I've attached a patch for one problem found - pay_load() was renamed to pay_load_object() in Pay module in D7.
mattheweigand commentedSo the dev version for D7 hasn't been updated since March and there's a patch that you have to apply? This seems like something that might be risky to use in a production environment.

Spot on, but no one is claiming otherwise.
Best thing to do would be to test the patch thoroughly on a development environment and confirm that it is up to your standard before using it on a live site.
Along the way, contributing back any patches (if you are a coder) or else feedback on what works or doesn't work.

Dave Cohen commentedI find this thread confusing because there is 7.x-1.x branch for this module. And the patch in #4 cannot be applied to it.
Is the 7.x-1.x branch worth testing or using? Should this thread really be "needs review"?
selfuntitled commentedWeather it's ready for testing or not, I've tried installing it and it definitely doesn't work.
When enabled, you do see a "payments" formset when editing each content type, but it's empty without content.
So there's no question the D7 version is not ready for much of anything. If I have some time, I'll try a further patch, as a client needs this...

jerdavisHi All,
I've published a snapshot release for this project on Drupal 7, and I've also checked in a few updates to the project after doing some additional testing. There should be a new snapshot within 12 hours.
With this snapshot the Website Payments Pro payment method should be working. Still to test and verify is the PayPal Standard / Express checkout options. Once I've confirmed these are working in 7.x I'll publish a 7.x-1.x beta release.
Thanks for your patience and I apologize for not having a snapshot available sooner.

RachelNY commentedHi Jeremiah,
Just checking in on the beta release for the Drupal 7 version. I'm looking at options for a client and was wondering what the current status was?
You mentioned that WPP was working, but you needed to test WPS and Express functionality - while this particular client has WPP, I believe we need working Express functionality to comply with the Paypal TOS...
Thanks,
Rachel
