I'm looking at various solutions to building our alumni community for the university. One requirement is a webmail box for them.

Is there one for Drupal? Drupal meets some of my communityware needs, but the webmail module is a must-have. It doesn't have to be very robust...just read/send/receive/quotas kind of system.

Thanks in advance.

Would that work as a basic webmail? Maybe until a proper one gets written.

There is a mod for it, working today.

I currently have a webmail module i'm working on. It currently works, but I need feed back and help. Would anyone here be willing to help me?

You can currently setup IMAP and POP accounts. Each account turns up as a menu link, and you can page through your emails, view HTML emails, and download/view attachements.

hi

i installed pontomail in drupal 4.7.3

administer > pontomail says

Current Extentions

* HTML to Text - Not Detected
* Tiny MCE - Not Detected

there's no 'settings' option.

i enabled set up email account under access control.

when i click on the nav link, i get

To your left, you should have a list of your current email accounts. Click on one to view the emails in that account. (there's nothing there though)

and when i go to my account, there's a tab for email accounts but no option to create accounts...

obviously i'm missing something? sorry if this is so basic, am new at this...

thanks

Dennis,

If you could give me a list of requirements, I would push my efforts along faster so that I could get some feed back. You mention read/send/recieve...all of which I currenlty have. However, what do you mean about the quota's? Also, do you need reply, and reply to all functions? And send with attachment functions?
