Have profile pictures automatically inserted

This is a great feature, by the way.

I'm administering a site where people join groups on their own. I would really like for the team table view to automatically use images from profile pictures (from folder /pictures. Admin could then upload a new pic if wanted, or whatever, but this would by awesome if possible.
