Always uses non-clean URLs

For the initial release I've done this on purpose as it was easiest to manage this way. However, it would be nice if the clean URLs were used and if the url() method were used to find aliases. The only worry is if different sites would have different path aliases.

As such, the module probably needs a configuration directive to allow the administrator to turn these things on and off to increase compatibility for such situations.
