buggy ad display

The ads only display on the primary domain (.co) if I'm logged in as admin. (only domain that ads display on 'basic pages' [if logged in])
Ad displays on (.com) homepage when not logged in. (does NOT display on 'basic pages')
Ads never display on (.net) or (.org) etc... anywhere

using default 'not restricted' settings throughout

had to change openx server configuration to d1.openx.org from the default d.openx.org for ads to display at all.

anyone else have this issue?

is the dev version going to resolve?
