Hello!

I'm currently trying to alter the comments form, to add a simple DIV right after the "grippie".
I want to show there some simple info, and images.

Is there some way to add a DIV between the "grippie" and the "Help Text"?

You just need to theme it. Here is a blog article which describes how to modify the comment form in D7:

It should be easy to add a div, remove anything you want, change order of items, etc... Have fun! :-)
