Changes and New features:
- PostgreSQL support.
- Improved internationalization support (utf8 database tables).
- Full support for displaying ads based on taxonomy term(s).
- New ad_remote module, support for hosting ads on remote (non-Drupal) websites ("proof-of-concept").
- Ad groups improvements:
- Ads can now belong to multiple groups.
- Ads groups can be hierarchical.
- Ad groups now utilize the standard taxonomy subsystem, removing custom ad_groups table.
- File cache lifetime in ad_cache_file module is now configurable.
- Improved adserve.php debug output.
- Numerous bug fixes (see documentation/CHANGELOG.txt).
