Right now there is a way of adding new nodes, but not to edit the node as a whole, not field by field.

Possible solutions would be to add a button to edit the node (along with the clone, add and delete) or solve http://drupal.org/node/1490214 and add a column with links to edit the node.

For now you can just add "edit link" as a field.

Although I do agree it would be a nice feature to add to be able to do it without leaving the page.
