Not Working in parallel to NODE ACCESS USER REFERENCE Module

Hi,

I am trying to use content access to authenticate one of my navigation links on my website, which also uses NODE ACCESS USER REFERENCE Module to give access to information to particular individuals, when i enable CONTENT ACCESS Module the functionality of NODE ACCESS USER REFERENCE Module does not work and all the information is broadcasted to every user but this shouldn't happen, any help on how to solve this problem would be much appreciated.
