This is a multisite question. I have searched and searched for the answer, but I just haven't found anyone wanting to do anything quite like it, or at least, I haven't understood any of the posts as asking the following question.
The current situation is as follows:
There is one foundation that manages three museums. Each museum has individual press releases that need to be published to each respective website (I realize the multisite capability will handle this).
However, there are times when the foundation has press releases that need to be published on ALL sites simultaneously.
I would really like to have one central location to create content, and then push it out to whatever website, or combination of websites, that it needs to go out to.
Is this possible with Drupal? I am looking at using Drupal 5.0.
Any feedback would be great!

You could try and do this
You could try and do this with aggregator module...publish with one site, then aggregate the feed of that content into the other sites.
