On admin/ecsettings/charge/add I click "Add filter" and then "Field" and no fields appear in the select.

If this feature refers to custom fields, then I understand--we have no such.

But if it refers to all fields, then something is wrong.

What I am trying to do is make unique shipping charges for different zones (based on country). I don't see how to do that.

I'm not sure if it was the last upgrade to the latest version of e-commerce drupal 6 version or not. I can't create an additional charge anymore. I can only edit the one ec-charge that was already created. I might try creating one in the database. But I've been trying to figure out how to use this part of the module.
