After installing the latest Omega dev version, saving blocks is impossible. The block regions stay empty after clicking the save button in the blocks page.
Other themes have no problem with blocks
I performed update.php and clear caches, reinstall of the omega subtheme but that did not help.
No error messages present in the drupal error logs

Any idea what could be the case?

Ok my fault...i didn't have the content block in place, that disables any other blocks to be added.
