I have reviewed posts of one user when i was surfing he community and all of them are low quality posts including thanks or like this words which are not useful for the community at all. Its not like a spammer according to his history but he has low quality posts that should be modified. Please review his posts and take required action: http://drupal.org/user/1685778

Looks like a profile spammer to me. All his low-quality comments were made within a timespan of 10 minutes, soon after registering on d.o. No comments since. Only link on his Drupal & Google+ profiles links to a site for designing closets.

I'm in favor of blocking the user and removing the comments, but would like a second opinion from another webmaster.

Yes, i think he is spammer too. However he doesn't post comments more, but all his comments were low quality and can be removed. We can wait for other moderators opinion about him.

I'm inclined to agree, everything about it says profile spam.

If it was just a link on an inactive profile I'd be more generous, but the short timescale on the "register - post a load of noise - leave forever" behaviour is a game breaker for me.

Yes. its one of the ways of spammers to make an account in a famous site and post some spams and then leave it for ever. I agree you.
