absolutely awesome.
This is a great little mod and very useful.
a feature request: is it possible to add "Subscription" request added to it as well. meaning that right by the View Comments and Add Comment, we would have Subscribe to comments or Listing so that anytime a new comment was added then this module would work with the Messaging and/or Notifications modules to send notifications to the user who subscribed with the new comments.

If there is alternative ways of doing so, could you please advise,

This is something that needs to be done with messaging and or notification module's views integration. It's out of scope here
