CCK recipes

This is a feature suggestion. I hope this is the right place for that.

If custom node type modules like Audio are giving way to CCK (as the lullabots suggest), then maybe CCK should include a "recipe API" that lets users share preset CCK node types like "audio track". These recipes could be utilized by the new installation profiles to have the necessary types already included for specialized installs.
