I suggest following more closely to what is included in the Nodewords README.txt file, which is fairly extensive. At the very least this needs to be word-wrapped at 80 characters.

Also needed: a section on Known Problems, e.g. that the theme should not touch the meta tags or page title (per #1732538: Page title pattern ignored).
