Please post specific URLs and specific descriptions of brokenness.

The link in the navigation box for HEAD leads to the URL: http://api.drupal.org/api/HEAD which shows a "Page not found" error.

Earlier tonight, this was happening for all of the API pages that I tried to access, though I didn't make a note of the URLs at the time.

After checking again, it looks as if there are some pages missing from the Drupal 5 api as well. For example, "http://api.drupal.org/apis/5/profile_load_profile" does not work, but I think it should.

If you try out the word 'profile' in the autocomplete field for Drupal 5, you'll see far fewer entries than for the earlier versions.

I've launched a couple more cronjobs and everything seems to be parsed now.
