Hi all,

I'm trying to schedule or delay the publishing of content on a per user basis. This is for a site where users will subscribe to content annually, but don't get to see all the content straight away. Furthermore, for year two they should continue seeing more content.

I've got the basic content access working using the core book module, ubercart and TAC Lite, but it's an all-or-nothing setup. I would value advice on delaying access to most of the "book" content and granting access at certain time intervals over the course of the year and beyond. I can't think of how to do this without creating many roles for each book and it becoming an administrative nightmare.

I will ideally also need to highlight new (to the user) content as it becomes accessible to them.

Is this what you are trying to achieve?

Assumption (you have a magazine-like site):
The site launches in January of Year 1 with Issue 1.
Each month a new issue comes out, so that in January of Year 2, Issue 13 is released.

January, Year 1: User 1 subscribes and sees Issue 1.
January, Year 2: User 1 sees Issue 13. But, User 2, a new subscriber, sees Issue 1 and does not have access to view Issue 13 for a full year.
