All the framework stuff is being pulled out of Aegir-up and moved into the Drush Vagrant project's 7.x-2.x branch. As such, Drush Vagrant becomes a dependency of Aegir-up. All that will remain is the implementation Aegir servers within Vagrant.

While Aegir-up no longer works with all the new hotness in drush-vagrant, I'm closing this issue. Work is progressing on the 'experimental branch' at the moment.
