Warnings on php 5.3

On php 5.3 installation i am getting lots of errors like this

Notice: Undefined index: type in moduleinfo_get_pages() (line 132 of /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/sites/all/modules/moduleinfo/moduleinfo.module).
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in moduleinfo_get_menu_name() (line 178 of /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/sites/all/modules/moduleinfo/moduleinfo.module).

any idea why and how to fix this?
