If the fields needed for properly displaying a map are empty then do not show the See Map links.
The postal code field seems the key here, probably most mapping sites will show a proper map if at least a postal code is specified.
If the postal code is empty, then do not show See Map links if:
- the street address is empty
- city, province or country are empty and there is no corresponding default
