I've downloaded the release candidate 4, and ran the update script successfully, but now the main menu that was previously using a menu mini panel does not show up at all.
I've checked each menu (including the main menu), and have ensured that the Mini-panels checkbox is still enabled (which, it was). And the mini-panel settings on each individual menu item are still in a pristine state as they were before the code update, however the mini panels dont print to the page.

damienmckennaI realized that the custom style JS's weight needed to be higher than the main module's, so I'm going to add these patches to help ensure it works correctly; this is obviously easier in D7 because of the 'weight' element, it's a little harder to do in D6.

damienmckennaAlso, it turned out that I had a #facepalm in update 7101 from issue #1199790: Support all menus, so I'm redoing that patch and will have another RC out tomorrow.
