this are the 16 missing strings and have many inconsistencies and bugs fixed...

only 22 strings away from 100% complete translation... :-))) but there are some hard outstanding strings.

Committed into CVS, but renamed "Zwischenspeicher" into "Cache". Every administrator should be able to understand the word 'cache'.
