About the marketpalce aproach (which I will be happy to hear more from), I was thinking about a related issu -
Right now the flow of adding product is complicated to end user.
I was wondering if there is a way to let users add product in a simple way and not walk through this hard and difficult flow.

Have you tried Commerce Inline Product Form ? It's a sandbox and not ready yet, but it has a really nice approach!

Months and months. I'm working on the underlying modules needed (Inline Entity Form, and someone else is tackling recurring billing), but other parts (support in payment modules) need to be written by people such as you.
I'll post an update to the Marketplace issue in the next few days detailing the work that needs to be done.

I wish I could help though I am not in that level yet.
I would be happy to try this dev version of Inline Entity Form though I am not familiar with git yet and trying to use it through terminal just gave me an empty library.
I could definitely write down my input from my point of view.
Is it possible to just upload the files here?

Edit:
I have managed to install the module.
I have tried to understand and really couldn't make it (Will be happy to write down the README file.
I have added a line item reference field.
Then I am trying to add product and it asked me for an sku - Is that means I need to create a product first and then product display?
I am sure that not the case - Otherwise the whole perpose is missing no?
When creating a new product and then add a product type using the product SKU nothing really happens.

What flow is this module is gona have?

Since you're not proficient with modules or Drupal, it would be best if you waited for an actual release.

Actualy I do in my position and way of working, and I do think I might help...
You can have a look at a commerce work I did - http://www.memorialsqr.com facing lot's of chalnges, creating a system genrating websites, Reseller system and much more.
So I mess a lot with modules and would be very happy to donate what I can.
The mockup is great and I will go there from now, though it's explaing the usage of the module itself...
