I updated my draggablesviews 7.x-2.x-dev with drush from 2012.03.02 to 2012.03.22 when i got these errors

Latest CTools is used (7.x-1.0-rc2).

Well, this I believe when ctools handlers for draggableviews were introduced. So please just clear caches several times and everything should work.
