As a memo... "In reply to #Num" messages are based on number of comments attached to a node. If any of those comments are unpublished sometimes #Num is incorrect. We should respect user's persmissions to see unpublished comments in a db query for this particular case.

There might be an issue on this already... I have vague memories of someone reporting this on their site. I'm just about out of time so can't search right now but I think this may be a duplicate.

Oh, sorry to be wasting your time. :( Sometimes I sort of half-remember issues and then another one comes and I think it might be a dupe but I'm not sure. Dunno if "this may be a dupe but I have no time to check" is actually helpful... Maybe I should just not comment until I can go find the issue myself. :)
