Search for text matching part of title when adding nodes to a nodequeue

Have made a little patch for 6.x-2.9 which adds a admin setting for nodequeue, so it's possible to decide when searching for a node in the autocomplete field, if we want the search to match start of title or title should just contain the letters somewhere in the title.

Testing is done by patching and go to admin/content/nodequeue/settings and change the checkbox in "Search for nodes starting with text" and try to search for a node.
