i'd increase timeout to 6000 sec, but there was no effect.

I has increased timeout (max_execution_time = 3000sec) and after six times that I tried I did it!

У меня проблема решилась после тюнинга MySQl. Т.е., проблема была в производительности MySQL.

@sslam, why re-open the issue? You have not provided any more details. In case of performance issues, try the 7.x-2.x-dev release that was made for better performance.
