hello
this module is containing very usefull tools.
but i think that they should be separated for an easier maintenance and customization.
maybe you can make : media_tags, media_folders, media_browser (already taken) etc...

im also wondering why you build a second interface to manage taxonomy terms instead of using only the core one.

I think most defiantly media_tags could be split off or removed completely with file_entity now working great.
