It seems that services endpoints are not importing (or maybe exporting?) correctly via features. This seems to have happened when ctools was updated from 1.0-rc2 to 1.0 (though it's possible it was from 1.0-rc1) OR when Features was updated from 1.0-beta6 to 1.0-rc1. Steps to re-produce:

- Define a new services endpoint.
- Export it with Features.
- Import it into a new minimal drupal install.
- The endpoint is not imported nor listed in on the features' summary page.

If this turns out to be either a ctools or features bug, I apologize. I will try to do some more testing to narrow down the issue in a bit.
