This user used the contact form to send spam (and possible virus link?) to ksenzee, the "Drupal Gardens" account, and likely many more:
Drupal Gardens,
cvalka.drupal (https://drupal.org/user/1871844) has sent you a message via your contact form (https://drupal.org/user/1632634/contact) at drupal.org.
If you don't want to receive such e-mails, you can change your settings at https://drupal.org/user/1632634.

alan d. commentedLooks similar & related
Seems like they are phishing for developer time rather than anything sinister.
From the referenced Google Doc was the reference back to this blocked user.
alan d. commentedUpdate: At least 15 other users have gone to the URL to look.
WorldFallz commentedyep... likely created the new account when they discovered the old one was blocked. Blocked https://drupal.org/user/1883352 as well.
neochief commentedContacted me today as well:

alan d. commentedI think that you would need to give an example of what the user posted, and as a side-note, this users doesn't appear to be related to the same company as the above two users (via his profile page).
WorldFallz commented@alan I agree a sample of the email would be good, but not related? They use the same given name-- which doesn't seem very common on drupal.org.Also, they have a post in the paid services forum that is very similar to the email.
@neochief - can you paste the email or summarize it?
neochief commentedSure, here it is:
alan d. commentedMmm.. it looks like either blatant abuse or complete nativity on his part.
@neochief I wasn't sure if the webmasters had access to the logs or not, thus the request for a bit of a follow up :)
WorldFallz commentedI'm about ready to block every account that has anything to do with 'cvalka'. Sent the following email first though:
Leaving the issue open in case the user wants to follow-up.
boian.mihailov commentedI personally apologize to everyone feeling abused by that ad. I thought of this as opportunity not spam.
I am sorry.
WorldFallz commentedunsolicited 'opportunities' are often considered spam, lol. Thanks for you cooperation.
WorldFallz commentedOk, i've just received YET ANOTHER one of these:
How many chances are reasonable before a block?
killes@www.drop.org commentedYou got two from the same user? IMO that crosses the threshold. They should at least be able to accoutn for their spam.
cweagansThis is from a different user, it looks like, but it appears to be from the same /company/. Not sure how to handle that.
killes@www.drop.org commentedWe could block all accounts from that company, just for the fun of doing so. I think it would be an opportunity for them to spam elsewhere...

dddave commentedno follow-ups, so I guess "fixed"?
