There are about 45,000 posts - well below the 500,000 this module is said to handle.

However, it may not be the modules fault - I know my hosting company, www.1and1.com is somewhat notorious for getting 500 errors with Drupal.

Any ideas?

Closing as Drupal 4.7 is no longer supported.

(just in case someone reads this, as a fix, you could always install a wamp server on your local desktop system, download the database data, convert the data and then upload the new database to the web host.)
