Broken link in views

I have created view for taxonomy term page and added the fields with rules links to the view rows.
But the urls is not correct, there is a redundant slash, for example
/unpublish_article/24//uVYo5VFBKsilizm8-S3bFlh0_C31w_1HeiLN0Kk2xXU?destination=taxonomy/term/5

I have found, that this occures when there is no parameters given to the rules link.
