I have a d7 site (http://gator1805.hostgator.com/~ab1158/) that I added custom regions to the theme. EVERY night blocks in those regions are disabled.
I read something about needing to add the custom region names to the info of any enabled theme, and I dit that to no avail.
Any ideas?

That is not standard Drupal behavior. How are you adding the regions if not through the .info file and how are you adding the blocks to the regions?

That is a long list, the one that stands out quickly is block_everything but I have no idea what that is (not found under the modules).
Block Everything is from Drupal Gardens
It’s a Module available only on Drupal Gardens sites and those exported therefrom that converts usual site template items such as Site Name, Site Slogan, Site Logo, etc. into Blocks that can be moved to different regions, appear only for specific Pages and/or Roles, have a Block Title (though I can’t really see that being all that useful), and otherwise do anything that a standard Block can do.
The Module name is confusing. It would’ve been better to’ve called it “Blockify Everything.”
