How to have tips appear below content?

Hello,

I've got BeautyTips setup, and is working fine. What I'm trying to do is, have the tips appear below the links I have them setup on. Right now, it appears to either the left or right, but not below. Under 'text input tooltips', I tried setting the side I want the popups to appear on as 'bottom', but that doesn't move where it appears.

Is there another setting I need to do to get the tips to appear below rather than the side?
