Menu items name are both "Webform report". But the urls are different.
One is webform_report, and the other is webform-report.

I can't reproduce this bug, so I'll need a bit more info. to figure it out:

- are you running the latest release
- did you run a previous version before upgrading
- did you run update.php after installing

I don't have enough information now because I've already uninstalled "webform report" module.
