Sidebar second over content at 1024px wide

Using Omega, Delta and Context.

A basic layout Sidebar First = 3 columns, Content = 6 columns, Sidebar Second =3 columns.

Please see the two screen-grabs. At 1024px wide, Sidebar Second is getting rendered over top of Content.

Have any of you out there seen this happening with your sites? Any advice on what to do?
