No item in the home page rotator node queue

Hi ,

I am trying to see if OpenPublic would fit our fire department requirement.
I installed the full package, which works OK (beside issue http://drupal.org/node/1348446 )

Now I just found that if I delete all the HOME PAGE FEATURE contents , add a couple of them, I can't change the order.
If I go to STRUCTURE / NODE QUEUE / ROTATOR , I have an error message saying when I click on VIEW:
