I can create an Omega subtheme using the wizard, without a problem. I use Omega as the base theme, the HTML5 starter kit, and set to default. When I save the subtheme and look at the site on the front end, everything looks normal.
But as soon as I go back to the appearance page, hit Settings for my subtheme, and enter the UI, everything falls apart. Every region is reset to one column wide, with a weight of -50. Doesn't matter how many times I reset the column widths or anything else — the information is lost again when I hit Save Configuration.
This also occurs with any delta layouts when the default theme is based on Omega. The minute I enter the UI to configure anything, all of the settings get zapped. This DOESN'T happen if I set the default theme to Bartik, for example.
I've been using these themes for months; all of this just happened last night, suddenly. Now my site is in shambles. Help!
Thanks in advance.

joelsmith commentedFigured it out. It was the Better Jump Menus module. Once I uninstalled that, all of my theme settings stopped getting reset. Everything back to normal (except for all the hair I pulled out).
