Hi

When installed on a site in maintance mode, the module block any login from administrators. Had to remove the module's files to login.

When the module is activated and the admin logout, it's impossible to login again. Only the maintenance message pops up. The admin can't login without removing the module manually. 7.x-4.0-rc2 has the same problem.

Do you mean that forms doesn't displays when site in mainenance mode?
