I have run a user through my site for testing and it looks like users aren't being signed up for events after checking out.

I just added a user manually and that went through without a hitch.

I'm using CoD as my payment method for testing, but I have been told that there is a known bug with offsite payments - is there any workaround for this too?

My guess is that COD just doesn't support CoD for 6.x and it would take too much work to make it happen.

If you can patch this yourself then that's great, but I'm updating this issue to be about documenting the problem rather than trying to fix it since the main focus for COD right now is not in feature enhancement (adding support for more payment methods) but in just getting the current version working as a 1.0.
