Cant configure in Drupal 7. In configuration the external links doesnt show.
Or is there another way to configure the module?

Yes, the configure button in D7 is not linking to correct page. It links to /admin/config/user-interface where it should be linking to /admin/config/user-interface/extlink

Weird, it seems to be ok on my site, using version 1.12, fresh install on Drupal 7.15 (configure in extlink.info points to /admin/config/user-interface/extlink, and so does the extlink_menu in extlink.module)

Had the same issue. Manually going to /admin/config/user-interface/extlink made no difference. Disabling the Shortcut module in core fixed the problem.
