agentrickardThis is not normal behavior. Is there anything else you can tell me about your configuration?
Are users able to select their own theme, for instance?
keereelCan tell all you need :)
One of those affiliate domains is on cyrillic, second - on latin letters, both shows wrong theme for anonymous. D6, UC2. What else?... One table (url_alias) with prefix.
Ready to answer your questions.

keereel> Are users able to select their own theme, for instance?
no.
keereelHmmm.. Just checked - registered user (not admin) also sees wrong theme - from default domain.
agentrickardNo real information provided. Please use the 'Domain access server information' block to ensure you are on the proper domain.
Could also be a permissions issue if the themes are not enabled.
keereelLooks like Administration theme module is the reason. I disabled it, and all works fine.
agentrickardThere is a setting for Domain Theme to change the "weight" (execution order) of the module. You might try messing with that. If it fires after Administration Theme, you should be ok.
