Openpublish taxonomy menu

Hello,
I worked hard to understand how does drupal 7 work, in order to build a news site,and later i discoverd a great ditribution called openpublish that can do exactly what i need,and learnt carefully the only support document available that concerns it Open-Publish-User-Documentation
the problem that i didn't understand how can i link a vocabulary in the taxonomy with x menu?( it seems very simple ) because unlike in drupal 7 ,in openpublish alpha 7 i didn't find the taxonomy menu :in structure/taxonomy/add new vocabulary ..
Please look at the two screenshots to see the diffrence,can you help me to undrestand how can i link a taxonomy vocabulary to an X menu ?
