No default way of cancelling a signup and vbo doesn't work

Problem
When admin users are viewing the node to see all signups, using the default view, cod_signup_user_vbo_admin_list [defaults] you cannot remove signups from the event. When changing the view on this to signup_user_vbo_admin_list [defaults] you no longer get the name fields visible, but you do get the option to edit the signup. Unfortunately, the 'bulk operations' on this view do not work.

Proposed Resolution
Combine the two views if possible to show the Names of the signup and the edit options - maybe even pull the cancel link out of this extra page and put it against the name in the list.
