I would like to ask is there anyone using WYSIWYG web page editors (e.g. Adobe Dreamweaver, Escaper Flux...) to edit sub-theme from Omega or other base themes?

I cannot figure out what should I do if I wish to use these WYSIWYG tools to help my sub-theming. I can do it by editing the CSS and *.tpl.php files, but I have no idea whether it is possible to avoid coding (or keep coding to minimal.

Would anyone tell me or discuss your workflow on working from a newly created Omega sub-theme? Do I really have to theme every block, edit background, fonts... all kinds of settings by coding CSS and *.tpl.php files manually?
