Don't allow image resizing?

is there a way to disable the option to resize the image? I would like all the images on the site to be an exact imagecache size for site uniform. So I would rather people creating content don't have the ability to make the image small or really big. Love this module though! So much better then any of the crappy wysiwyg image handlers.
